Suzanne is a licensed Associate Broker and a Realtor since 1994. Currently she enjoys working and living in her hometown of Garden City, New York. She feels it is a wonderful place to raise her family because she so enjoyed growing up there. She knows the local market, having been born and raised in Garden City. Suzanne continues to keep up her real estate interests in the surrounding neighborhoods of Garden City South, Floral Park, Franklin Square, Manhasset, New Hyde Park, and Old Westbury.
Suzanne currently holds memberships in the Long Island Board of Realtors-L.I.B.O.R and the New York State Association of Realtors, NYSAR, as well as being a member of the National Association of Realtors, NAR, which allows her to say with pride that she is a Realtor. Suzanne has served on the Long Island Board of Realtor’s Education Committee which helps advance professionalism for Realtors on Long Island via education and advanced training projects.
Suzanne has furthered her career by acquiring specific designations that enable her to better meet the needs of her clients. She currently works with clients relocating to Long Island from many areas across the United States.
Suzanne is also a Senior Real Estate Specialist- SRES, which helps her to meet the varied needs of Senior clients in the real estate marketplace. Suzanne has also achieved the prestigious designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialists- CLHMS and is furthere recognized by the institute for her sales acomplishments in the upper tier market by being a member of the Million Dollar Guild. The knowledge Suzanne has gained thru the CLHMS membership allows her to work more effectively with her upper tier cleints in today’s real estate market.
As a proud member of her community Suzanne is very happy to serve on various committees for the Garden City Chamber of Commerce, including being on their Board of Directors. She has implemented the Friend of the Chamber Merchant Program with another board member, Russ Ciolli. This pioneering program focuses on helping the merchants of Garden City grow their business. Taylor Warner Realty is a proud particpant of the program. Additionally, Suzanne is active in local charities and their fundraising events. She is currently the Pediatric Project Chairperson for Twigs, the auxiliary fund raising group for Winthrop
